John Walker – Project Manager/Estimator Mr. Walker has more than 24 years experience working in construction. During school breaks he first worked in the field as a laborer and then as a carpenter. For the last 24 years, he has been a Project Estimator and Project Coordinator. He has extensive experience in estimating while working with Architects and Owners to see that the project is completed per the plans and specifications and on time. |

The projects he has completed have ranged from $50,000 to $4 million. He has considerable experience with site engineering and building construction, conceptual estimating, and design-build projects. Also, he has been active in various professional trade groups and holds OSHA-certification. He is a graduate of N.C. State University in Civil Engineering with a minor in construction in 1985. He is a native of Hickory, N.C. and is married with one child. |
