Scott Tuttle - President Mr. Tuttle comes from a distinguished construction background where his involvement in all phases of the industry has served him well. Upon graduation from East Carolina University 1985 where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management, Mr. Tuttle has focused his efforts on business development and field operations. |

In addition to these activities, Mr. Tuttle also has been involved in site selection, conceptual estimating functions, and extensive dealings with design firms and city/county officials. He is knowledgeable in a host of building types and has extensive experience in design-build projects. Mr. Tuttle is also an active member of the Associated General Contractors of America, the Professional Construction Estimators Association of America, Inc., Rotary, and Christ Cornerstone P.C.A. Church.
